Cropsky Air Service Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit cropsky.org (the “Site”) or make a purchase on it.

PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, the websites or search terms that referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

COOKIES

Here is a list of cookies that we use. We have listed them here so that you can choose whether to allow them or not:

• _session_id, unique session identifier, allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.).
• _shopify_visit, no data retained, persists for 30 minutes from the last visit. Used by the provider’s internal statistics tracking system for our website to record the number of visits.
• _shopify_uniq, no data retained, expires at midnight (according to the visitor’s location) the next day. Calculates the number of visits to a store by a unique customer.
• cart, unique identifier, persists for 2 weeks, stores information about your shopping cart.
• _secure_session_id, unique session identifier.
• storefront_digest, unique identifier, indefinite if the store has a password, used to determine if the current visitor has access.

“Log files” track Site activity and collect data such as your IP address, the type of browser you are using, your internet service provider, referring and exit pages, and timestamp data (date and time).

“Invisible pixels,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files that record information about how you browse the Site.

Additionally, when you make or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information about you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. This automatically collected information is referred to as “Order Information.”

When we use the term “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to both Device Information and Order Information.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

In general, we use the Order Information we collect to process any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for the shipment of your order, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

• Communicate with you.
• Assess potential fraud or risks.
• Provide you with information or advertisements about our products or services when it aligns with your communicated preferences.

We use the Device Information (especially your IP address) we collect to assess potential fraud or risks and, more generally, to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics on how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to evaluate the success of our advertising and marketing campaigns).

We share your Personal Information with third parties who assist us in using it for the purposes described above. DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we keep the Order Information in our records unless and until you ask us to delete it.

CHANGES

We may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time to update it, for example, to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
